Shipping Policy

Genusity Shipping Policy

All Units are shipped out within 48 business hours or less. In the event that a Unit becomes unavailable after your order is processed but before it ships, we will notify you of how long we expect it to be before we can ship that Unit. You will be given the option to wait, get a full refund or exchange it for a different Unit of equal value.

We ship all Units with a Tracking Number which is provided to you in your Members Area. In the event a Unit never reaches you, you must notify us so we can investigate. You may be required to fill out some forms for us to give to the shipping company for insurance purposes. We will also ship out new Units to you within 5 to 7 business days.

Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your Unit(s) in the USA and Canada. If your order is from outside the USA or Canada, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery because of customs clearance.

NOTICE TO THOSE OUT OF THE USA: Since the value of your order is in the service subscription and not in the Unit(s) itself, we declare a nominal value for the Unit(s). However, some countries will still add an import tax/customs charge or some other fee for you to receive your Unit(s). This is beyond our control and is the responsibility of you the subscriber.
